Every once in a while, I encounter a non-Indian person with a long name. The other day it was at a local restaurant. She said: My name is “Angela-I’m-going-to-be-your-server-tonight”. Why do many people with long names like that work at restaurants?

It’s a very common last name! And you know people tend to run names and sentences together!
